This precinct is located to the east of the existing Kootingal urban area and enjoys frontage to Limbri Road.

The key considerations for the structure plan include:

  • The site will comprise full urban residential development (450m2 – 1000m2).
  • Two open space areas will be provided to service the community.
  • The site will directly link into the existing blue/green corridor and will include active transport connections to the Kootingal urban area.
  • A perimeter road ensures ease of access to the existing green space and also provides a buffer to the State Heritage listed Moonby House.
  • An access point is provided via Limbri Road with potential for a northern connection via an extension of Grant Street.
