About

A new three lane practice net and two refurbished cricket net facilities will soon be delivered for Tamworth's cricketing community.

The two existing cricket nets at Riverside Oval No. 1 and Riverside Oval No. 2 will be refurbished and upgraded to enhance their performance. A new three lane cricket net will also be constructed at Riverside Oval No. 3.

The upgraded nets will provide fantastic new facilities to encourage the skills development of Tamworth's cricket enthusiasts, and promote healthy living and exercise among our local residents.

Progress

The new cricket nets at Riverside Oval No. 1 and No.2 are complete and now open for public use.

The net at Riverside Oval No.3 is still under construction and expected to be complete in late August 2021.
