Amendment to Complaints and Procedures Policy

Tamworth Regional Council is committed to upholding high ethical standards and we expect our suppliers to maintain that as a minimum standard. Council adopted a Modern Slavery Prevention Policy and Modern Slavery Risk Management Plan in 2025.

To complement this policy, Council’s Complaints and Procedures Policy needs to be amended to acknowledge the specific grievance mechanism for lodgement of complaints concerning Modern Slavery.
