Overview

Council's Engineering Design Minimum Standards for Subdivisions and Developments outlines procedures and practices regarding engineering design requirements for subdivisions and development of land within the Tamworth region.

These minimum standards help to ensure that engineering plan submissions can be processed efficiently in relation to issuing Construction Certificates, Subdivision Works Certificates, Occupation Certificates and the release of Subdivision Certificates.

We have recently updated the suite of Engineering Minimum Standards, Standard Drawings and Construction Specifications to make current Council’s expectations and requirements in respect to design and construction for subdivision and development of land within the Council area.
