In 2022, we developed a Communications Strategy and Action Plan to help guide how we communicate and engage with you, into the future.
This Strategy provides a dedicated approach to communicating and engaging with our Community and focuses on our commitment to being transparent, inclusive and accessible in everything we do.
As part of this, we’ve developed a number of initiatives to improve our communication with residents within the Tamworth region, such as:
- Introducing Councillor Catch Ups & Your Council News
- Improved social media communication
- An increase in face-to-face workshops
And plenty more.
